What does a Project Engineer do?

As a Project Engineer at Ballast Nedam, you are the key player in the preparation of our projects. You ensure everything is perfectly organized for flawless execution. Spot a bottleneck?   • Digital work environment

    As a Project Engineer, you will work digitally, using tools such as BIM and AutoCAD 2D, planning software, and reporting systems. You will contribute to a structured project file and the digitization of processes.

    Are you coming from an MBO/HBO background, for example in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a similar field? As a work planner, you can grow into roles such as senior work planner, project coordinator, or project manager. With our grow development program, we offer you various customized education and training opportunities.

  • Attractive salary

    The salary ranges from €3,200 to €7,500 gross per four weeks, depending on your experience and education. We are open to both starters and experienced specialists and also offer attractive secondary employment conditions, such as 43 vacation days, a lease car, a bicycle plan, and plenty of room for personal growth and flexibility.
