As a site manager at Ballast Nedam, you are responsible for ensuring that our construction projects run smoothly. You manage the team, monitor the schedule, and ensure safe and efficient execution. Whether it concerns infrastructure, residential construction, or renovation, you maintain an overview and ensure successful delivery. What does a Site Manager do?

As a site manager at Ballast Nedam, you are the connecting link on the construction site. You are responsible for day-to-day management, maintain contact with all parties involved, and ensure that the construction process runs smoothly. You draw up realistic schedules, communicate clearly with everyone involved in the project, and manage all project documentation. You continuously monitor safety on the construction site and ensure that the work is delivered on time, fully in accordance with the agreed quality.

  • Digital work environment

    Within Ballast Nedam, site managers work with digital tools such as DALUX, in which documents such as drawings, inspection rounds, and safety checks are stored. With DB1 (Digital Construction Site), they keep track of the site manager's diary and create receipts, among other things.

  • Development

    Are you a graduate of a vocational or higher professional education program in fields such as architecture, civil engineering, or similar? As a site supervisor, you can advance to a role as senior site supervisor or project manager. With Grow, we offer you a range of customized education and training opportunities.

  • Attractive salary

    The salary ranges from €4,300 to €6,500 gross per four weeks, depending on your experience and education. We are open to both starters and experienced specialists. We offer attractive secondary employment conditions, such as: 43 vacation days, a lease car, bicycle plan, and plenty of room for personal growth and flexibility.
